Sanitary Trimming
Sanitary areas are considered to be the areas where natural discharge is prone. Between the eyes, infront of the ear canal on dogs with drop ears and the groin area. Some dogs need sanitary trimming and others don't.
Note: if your dog is requiring a hair cut or tidy trimming then sanitary trimming will be performed gently with clipping techniques or hand scissoring.
Treats and Toys
We always have good quality treats, toys and personal attention so whatever your dog requires to relax and enjoy themselves, we're sure to discover it whilst building a trusting relationship in which your dog will feel safe and looks forward to visiting our salon.
Trimming in between Paw Pads
Trimming all excess fur between your dog's foot pads is essential for most dogs except the really fine, short coated dog breeds. Trimming this area minimises the amount of dirt your dog tracks through the house as well as lowering the risk of knots and foreign matter building within your dogs paws, which can be extremely painful in any active dog.
